ウェブエディトリアルマガジン『noDatum』のロゴとウェブサイトのデザイン。バウハウススタイル的な太罫、Univers LTとグランジョンの復刻書体であるImmortel InfraにBodoni Ornamentsといった大変お行儀の良い書体選択……ベーシックなものに徹した。Webのレイアウトも至って単純。罫を引いて文字を置き、画像を並べる。Webは本来これくらいで良いのだ、と思いながら作っていた。Aboutページは、ステートメントをジャケットやパスポートなどにシルクスクリーンでプリントしたものを、様々なフォトグラファーに撮って頂いた写真がランダムに表示される仕組み。記事は記事ごとに様々なデザイナーが自由に組んでいく予定。どんなフレームワークでも対応できるようにAstroで組んだ。今後も増えてゆくコンテンツに乞うご期待。

The logo and website design for the web editorial magazine noDatum. Thick lines reminiscent of the Bauhaus style, the refined typeface choices of Univers LT and Immortel Infra; a typeface made based on Robert Granjon’s work, paired with Bodoni Ornaments... it’s all very disciplined and deliberate. The approach sticks to the basics. The website layout is also extremely simple: draw lines, place text, line up images. While building it, I kept thinking...this is exactly how the web should be.
The About page displays photographs of the statement screen-printed onto items like jackets and passports, taken by various photographers, which appear randomly. Each article is planned to be freely designed by a different designer. It’s built with Astro to be compatible with any framework. Look forward to more content in the future.
